My father had passed away and us kids needed to clean the property. As you can imagine the task in itself was difficult and emotional but the professionalism and service we received from Bin There Done That made the process a little easier. Placing the order with Gavin was easy and straight forward. All costs were stated up front no surprises. Bin was dropped off at requested location and I was told what I could & could NOT put into the Bin. Any hazardous products would add an additional charge which was stated up front. The Bin was picked up at scheduled pick up day. I received a copy of my Invoice with all charges identified and a copy of the weigh scale slip. It was nice to have all charges listed up front & no surprises with after charges. Bin There Dump That will be my go to Bin Rental from now on.

WOW !!!! I have never had such outstanding service from an entire company as I did with all of the staff. From Corrina ( sorry if spelled wrong) whom I spoke with initially and went out of her way calling and searching for a bin and got me one dropped off within hours. Then Albert the driver who dropped off and picked up my bin , who helped me move items in my driveway and placed bin in most suitable spot. Jason fairly new manager who helped me keep my bin a little longer then originally requested and made sure it was picked up prior to 10am. Also the young lady Teshia I just spoke to whom was so polite and friendly. This is the Company and people you want to deal with. Everyone so polite and friendly. They all go out of there way to help you. Just amazing . And the Cost is much less then anywhere I had called. I was very pleasantly pleased and a wee shocked that my costs was as low as it was. My sincere thank you to all of you for making my move and each day I spoke with any of you so much easier and better. You are all awesome. I really cannot thank you all enough.

The first and last day are free and we've even had holiday promotions where we got to keep the bin longer for free. The rates are very reasonable and the driver has great talent in setting the bins down in tight spaces.
